Alpha Rubbish Clearance works with one of the country's largest Housing Associations as well as landlords and estate agents as their one stop shop after a tenant has left a property. Sadly some tenants often leave a lot of their unwanted items behind and sometimes the property is left in a bad state. Alpha Rubbish Clearance is contracted to come in and clear the property of its rubbish and then deep clean the property so it can be let the following day.

For large contracts we have provided fixed prices so the contract managers/landlords know how much it will cost even before the work is completed. This is beneficial when they are budgeting and on a tight turn around to get the property let again, they don't have the time to wait for quotes.

As well as holding an Upper Tier Waste Carriers Licence, we also hold £5 million lialibity cover, Employers Liability cover and are fully registered with the ICO. We also record all our risk assesments, hold vaild and up-to-date Health and Safety and COSHH policies amongst others.
